My daughter had been getting bit but I was unsure what was going on, in a panic I called TLC. Shannon suggested that I look in the most common places for bed bugs before I freaked out any further. I was not able to find anything my self, but was still freaking out. So Shannon suggested that I have an inspection with a canine (I was skeptical). I was pleasantly surprised how quickly Shannon and her dogs were able to find and show me bed bugs exactly where I thought I had done a good job looking. I guess my eyes were not as good as the dogs sniffers were. We also did a full home Heat Treatment with them, they were fair on prize and quickly responded to all of the ten million questions I had before and after treatment. I wouldn't go with any other company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
